Refund Policy

Before activation: orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before your plan is activated (credits granted).
After activation: because data access is consumed instantly, activated plans are non-refundable by default. If something genuinely went wrong — wrong plan bought, duplicate payment, or the data materially fails to match what the site describes — email us within 7 days and we will fix it: replacement data, plan swap, credit top-up, or a partial/full refund where justified.
Free first: we deliberately give unlimited free searching, visible record previews and a trial with credits — so you can verify fit before paying. Please use them.
How to claim: email info@importexportdataset.com with your order number and the issue. We respond within one business day; approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
